Mobility
A big push in almost every industry is for staff to work remotely. Communications is a critical piece in accomplishing off-site workers. TkFast can deploy a system that enables remote staff, or other members that would like their office communications to follow them. This can be accomplished in several ways, a few of them being:
- Call Forwarding to a mobile phone.
- Installing VoIP software on a user's portable computer.
- Physically taking a VoIP phone home or to a hotel, etc.
The second application would be to install software on a computer. Then coupled with a headset, a user could make and take calls as if they were in the office. The only requirement is that the computer would have to have access to an internet source.
For a more permanent, yet remote, installing would be to simply take a phone and give it internet. This would give you all the same functionality as if you were at the office. This is the most ideal situation for remote workers or any management that desires to have an office line.
