Job Description
TkFast is seeking a Full Time Support Representative to contribute and share in our companys rapid growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter the field of computer, web, phone, and automation technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with the support staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle incoming customer equipment and shipping receiving.
Liaison with technical support staff and customers.
Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
Operate office equipment
Maintain schedules and calendars
Arrange and confirm appointments
Ability to type support tickets for customers needing service
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Required knowledge, skills, education and experience:
General understanding of: Outlook, Word, Excel, and technology in general.
Strong phone presence and enthusiasm; outstanding follow-up and attention to detail.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to type
