Things are going extremely well with our computer network! There is a huge difference since TkFast came on board. I have heard nothing but positive feedback. To my knowledge there are no computer issues at the moment. I love being able to call your support desk and have someone answer the phone that’s knowledgeable and is able to fix whatever the problem may be. It’s especially helpful that they can do it remotely and it doesn’t always require that we wait until someone is able to come out to our location. Besides being very knowledgeable, they are always very courteous and helpful, no matter who answers the phone. Thanks to you and your team for all they have done and continue to do for Metro East.
